The best review, in my opinion--best in terms of understanding the book and raising serious, good objections--was the one that appeared in Australasian Journal of Philosophy (2005, I think). Cross's NDPR review reflects some serious confusion. The Philo symposium--Andrew Melnyk, Paul Draper, Austin Dacey, and Randy Carter--was good too, and includes a "reply to critics" as well.
