Davis's New Paper on Preferring God's Existence (or Not)

This isn't my field. I have no training in philosophy, but what is the impact factor of this journal, Faith and Philosophy?

I pulled a couple of other articles from your site, and they seems fairly rigorous. This article appears, by my untrained eye, to be amateurish. The agnostic's position was especially weak and myopic. Is Davis a well regarded philosopher in his field?
